Ako stavim pre-boil hops 30% da li ga stavljam i na kraju na End of Boil??

Zavisi šta želiš. Ako hoćeš dodatno arome stavi hmelj na kraju kuhanja.

Ovo moram probati prvo iduce kuhanje.

Koliko ja razumijem, 30% ide od ukupne kolicine hmelja, ali se uzimaju samo low Alpha hmeljevi (aromaticni).

Beersmith:
Quote:The amount to hops to use varies. Most sources recommend using 30% of the overall hop schedule and moving it to FWH. Other sources recommend taking aromatic hops from the end of the boil and moving it forward to use as FWH.

HTB:

Quote:Only low alpha finishing hops should be used for FWH, and the amount should be no less than 30% of the total amount of hops used in the boil. This FWH addition therefore should be taken from the hops intended for finishing additions.

moze i bittering hops u fwh. trebalo bi da se na taj nacin postigne prijatnija gorcina nego kada se stave na 60min.

Ja koliko sam čitao, obično idu noble sorte. Međutim, pomjeraju se granice, pa ljudi počinju stavljati i druge sorte hmelja u fwh

Ja sam prvi cascade stavljao i jednom magnum Big Grin

Mange, ako se sjecas one moje pive koju sam uz torpedo donio na bunicu (bio neki festbier), njega sam radio sa fwh i to bas sa magnumom. I meni je ta gorcina bila nekako fina, samo sam ja previse racuno sa onih 10% dodatnih gorcine, tako da sam preoprezno hmeljio - moglo je biti jos.

Ali sto reko jedan moj drug, prava "fabricka" gorcina.. Bas nekako ugladjena..

Evo i ja danas probam pivu flasiranu prije 8 dana, kao first wort hop ubacen Bravo hmelj, bas drugacija - prijatna gorcina.
