Ne baš danas, nego u prošli petak, 13. maja, skuhan Sierra Pale Ale klon po receptu od mušice.
Prva tura (Aurora Ale) je spremna i ide ko luda Smile

Kuham 40l lagera sa amarillom i citrom.Jedan keg cu suho hmeljiti sa citrom,amarillom i cascadom extraktom

Odradjeno suho hmeljenje u 30l sa 3ml extrakta cascade ,30gr citre i 25gr amarilla.5l pretoceno u kanister da vidim razliku bez suhog hmeljenja.Ocekujem puno od ovog lagera.Vise bi ga nazvao IPL(India pale lager)
