Temperatura fermentacije
Skuhao sam turu piva prije dva dana i ubacio u frizider sa STC kontrolerom na 19°C na fermentaciju koja koliko vidim ide fino (Safale US-05). Planiram dry hop po zavrsetku primarne fermentacije.
Interesuje me koliko dugo moram drzati bure u frizideru jer bi volio osloboditi prostor za drugu turu Smile
Inace temperatura u podrumu je trenutno 22-23°C i mislio sam ostaviti dry hop na toj temperaturi, hoce li mi ta temperatura pokvariti nesto sa ovim kvascem?

ja bih drzao bar deset dana, a najduze 15 dana. posle moze i na tih 22 nije problem.

Tako ce nesto i biti, ali dry hop ce ici 10 dana na podrumskoj temp. pa sta bude.
