Ja sam imao sličan problem kada sam prešao na 60l bure - kacu. i pored postavljene cjevčice i vrenjače nije htjelo da krene vrenje. Dva puna dana ništa. Naprskao sam star sanom kacu, otvorio poklopac kad unutra imam šta vidjeti debeli sloj pjene, krenula fermentacija samo se nije pomjerila vrenjača, co2 izlazi oko poklopca koji ne dihta. Od tada ne koristim vrenjaču nikako, samo zavrnem poklopac kace i to je to.
A vezano za fermentaciju koja ne proradi u roku 72 sata kolege pivari su mi rekli da ako poslije toga ipak proradi može se raditi o tome da je pivo pokupilo neki vanjski kvasac i da fermentacija tako počne, na kraju ne znate kakvo ćete pivo dobiti.
