Danas pravio.
Imam neki termometar u Farenhajtima pa sam prvo pogresno preracunao i temp drzao na 160F - umesto na 260F. Trebalo mi 5 minuta da shvatim.
Veliko zezanje.
Ne znam kod tebe ali nikako nisam uspevao da drzim stalnu temperaturu.
Glupa keramicka ploca se samo pali >gasi, vodu radi hladjenja sam dodavao na svaka 4-5 minuta, a temperatura je isla kao JO-JO > gore dole u zadatim granicama.
Nikako nisam uspeo da iskontrolisem temperaturu duze od 3 minuta na istom.
Kuvao sam 40min i cini mi se da je negde izmedju tvog srednjeg i tamnog.
Nabavio sam i DEMI vodu pa sam nju koristio.
Oko 1lit vode mi je otislo, oko 350ml koju sam dodao na pocetku , a ostalo sam potrosio dodajuci da regulisem temperaturu.
Imam DEMI vode za jos 1 turu.
Koristio sam koncentrat limuna 1 kasiku na 1kg secera.

Cini mi se da je skoro nemoguce dobiti beli belgian secer, i ne znam sta je ovo sto prodaju kao pivarski secer, skroz bele boje?
