Ne peri kvasac nego ga skidaj poslije 5-6 dana sa povrsine piva.Tako ja radim pa jednu kesicu kvasca iskoristim za dva kuhanja.Ujedno stedim a ne osjeti mi se razlika u pivu.Samo izracunaj na http://www.mrmalty.com/calc/calc.html koliko ti treba.Duze stajanje kvasca,veca vjerovatnoca da poprimi neku bolest ili ,mozda grijesim,poprimi miris i okus smeca koje ostane kada se sve istalozi.
