Proteinska pauza - kako je uraditi u kucnim uslovima
Posto sam vidio da je Zis cini mi se raido proteinsku pauzu i da mu je pjena na pivu ispala jako dobra, odlucih da otvorim ovu temu. Ako neko moze da posjasni kako to mozemo u kucnim uslovima uraditi? Jel se doda nesto vode na odredjenoj temperaturi, ostavi nekih 10 minuta, a ostala voda se dalje zagirjava i kad je spremna i ona se doda ili?
