Ja sam naljevao na ostali kvasac od ture od 23l..- 30l...pa ful bure od piva oko 45l-treca tura.Bitan ti je samo hmelj da je svjez i nema problema.Sve ti pivare tako rade.Mozes od trece ture odvaditi pola kvasca jer ga se namnozi bas a i ostane necistoca od prijasnjih tura.Ipak mislim da je najbolje raditi top croping(drugi/treci dan) i imati dva fermentora.Ovako ,u trecoj turi malo poprimi okus kvasca ali u sustini nije strasno
