Pisao sam sada mailove i prodavcu i famoznom LagerMax-u. Garant je oštećen u prijevozu, a možda i prilikom pakovanja, ko zna. Čudno je što je dupla transportna kutija neoštećena.

Nije probušen ali je unutra dosta ispupčeno pa se bojim da vremenom pod uticajem temperature ne probuši.

Kakve su sad mogucnosti sto se tice trazenja da ti se zamijeni? Znam, opet cekanje i sve, ali opet mislim da ti se vise to isplati nego da rizikujes s ovim ovako. Jesu li ti odgovorili?

Ja sam ga tek maloprije odpakovao i odmah sam im poslao mail. Oni, čini mi se ne rade subotom i nedjeljom pa ću neki odgovor vjerovatno dobiti u ponedjeljak.

Moram vidjeti proceduru oko povrata ako oni to prihvate jer ne bih volio plaćati transport u oba pravca a neznam kako to i Carina tretira.
