Pravili smo Black Lager worth i u njega stavili safale05. Poshto u prvih 4-5 dana odradi 80-90% fermentacije onda ja obichno izbacim fermentor na sobnu 21-22C da fino zavrshi. Poslje 4-5 dana ga vratim na podrumsku 18-19 josh jednu sedmicu i onda ide na cold crash pa u boce ili bachvu.
