Kaze Palmer da te acid restove vise niko ne radi jer treba vise sati da bi tako kontrolisao ph. Mnogo lakse je hemijom i prilagodjavanjem vode.
A ovaj drugi ti vazi za svako ukomljavanje. 60-66 = vise secera za fermentaciju ("suho" tijelo, vise alkohola), 67 pa navise = vise nefermentabilnih secera (punije tijelo).
