Corn Sugar - Dextrose
Pozdrav

sutra kuham po jednom receptu i kaže se dodaje Corn Sugar - Dextrose pa me zanima jel isto da dodam običan šećer ili je bolja dekstoza. Mada dekstroza je ustvari grožđani šećer a tu piše kukuruzni, no dobro nije to toliko bitno.
Da bih povećao alkohol nije li isto da onda ubacim običan šećer?
I još jedno pitanje, da ga ubacim na kraju kuhanja ili kada bi bilo najbolje?
Omjer dekstoze nije isti, ako se odlučim na običan šećer njega stavim nešto manje, jel tako?
