12 dana od dana kad završi fermentacija.

Ovdje samo treba voditi računa o tom da fermentacija može biti gotova za 4-8 dana zavisi možda i više dana ali rijetko, ali svakako treba 3 dana biti isti FG, onda ubacivanje hmelja za dry hop i po mom iskustvu najbolje rezultate daje na 12 dana dry hopa kao što je rekao cijenjeni učiteljraja i na temperaturi od 20cbeer
