Ima li tragova krauzena? Pokušaj podignuti kvasac sa dna fermentora polukružnim laganim trzanjem fermentora. Uhvati za ručke, neka ostane fermentor na podlozi, i lagano nekoliko puta ga trzni. Pazi da previše ne mućkaš. Valjalo bi da imaš komoru i da kontrolišeš temperaturu, i u ovome slučaju da je malo podigneš. Javi šta se dešava.
