imas na forumu moj recept za raspberry sour. njega mozes modificirati kako zelis, najbitniji ti je proces zakiseljavanja. umjesto WLP lactobacilusa mozes slobodno koristiti probiotic tablete iz apoteke. samo par onih kapsula ispraznis u slad i ostalo je sve isto.
Ja konto da neku komercijalnu preporučiš. Za probu. Do sad sam probao samo one voćne. Vjerovatno srednje kvalitete. Ne bih da sam uzimam jer mogu fulati pa se razočarati.
