Hteo bih da se dovezem sa jednim pitanjem. Dobijam informacije ovde u srbiji od navodno "iskusnih pivara" da se prilikom ukomljavanja veceg odnosa slada i vode 1:3.5 ili cak 1:4 dobija fermentabilnija sladovina jer navodno enzimi nisu bili sputani od strane visoke koncentracije secera u guscoj sladovini. Takodje, ukomljavanje sa odnosom 1:2.5 ili 1.3 pravi manje fermentabilnu sladovinu sto rezultira sladjim pivom.

Ima li ovo smisla ili likovi samo lupetaju?
