nema problema...trebao si izvuci dekokciju, znači trebao si zagrabiti iz mash tuna nekih par litara svega zajedno i slada i sladovine, vratiti na vatru i prokuhati par minuta. nakon toga čitavu smjesu postepeno vraćaš u mash tun dok ne digneš temperaturu komine na željenu temperaturu. mogao si ali nisi Smile

a ti si radio bez dekokcije, samo infuzije s novom vodom.....

pošto smo otišli u off topic, a korisna je tema, da li se slažeš da ove postove izdvojimo u posebnu temu o protein restu na podforumu procesi a da ovo ostane tema za mash tun?
