Ovo bi mi bilo 2. pivo tj drugo kuvanje :-) pa ocekujem neke savete.
Uskoro pivo iz prvog kuvanja prelazinu flase. 1.065 je bilo na pocetku a ocekujem 1.012. <-BLOND AIL

da sam na tvom mjestu i kuham drugo pivo, pojednostavnio bi sladove sto je moguce vise.. ovako malo psenice ti nista ne znaci, osim sto ce pivo mozda biti djelic mutnije i zajebavace te kad budes mljeo (u slucaju da meljes sam sebi), a razliku neces ni osjetiti.

mislim da je i procentualno ovo previse cara-sladova na ovu kolicinu pale slada..

ovih 50grama (ne znam da li imas jos hmelja pri ruci, pa pretpostavljam da nemas) raspolovi na 60min i na 30min, da ti ne ode sve samo na gorcinu.

ne znam za taj prvi recept, ali 1.065 OG je poprilicno visoko za blonde ale.. ali i u mene je prvo pivo bilo skoro duplo jace nego sto je trebalo tako da razumijem.. Wink

Voleo bih napraviti crveno pivo pa sam probao nesto iskombinovati. Ostalo mi je od prvog kuvanja:
- 40g Spalt select
- pislner slad 0.2kg
- psenicnog svetlog 0.6 kg
-caraaroma 0.8kg
Sve je ne samleveni, pa sam mislio to iskoristiti i dokupiti jos sta je potrebno. U prodavnici gde kupujem slad sameljem (mojepivo.com)

Imam lonac od 33l pa pokusavam da se uklopim u njega Smile
