Nisam ti ja jos "dorastao" ovom , ali nek ostali malo dorade , nisam stavljao nista za dry hop pa ti vidi sam ...

16kg baznog? malo mi je to previše. još je kod tebe po receptu efikasnost 60%, a rafter kaže da je njemu oko 80%

ja bi ovako probao:
9kg baznog
0,5 kg carahell
2 pakovanja ječmenih pahuljica (u dm-u) (barley, flaked. u beersmithu)

možeš raditi hmeljenje kao po liborovom receptu, samo uzmeš još recimo 100g citre za suho

kad se vratiš kući za kompjuter to sve ubaci u beersmith i korigiraj po potrebi (ako ti bude prevelik og, ili slično)

U toku flaširanja mi je u BB upalo 8-9 "pivskih mušica"
Da batalim ovo piva (nekih cca 10l) ili da flaširam i obilježim koje su???

Napokon došao do slobodnog vremena da se skuva ova IPA!
Samo još jedno pitanje, imam nekod odličnog domaćeg ječma, mogu li dodati recimo 300g umjesto ječmenih pahuljica??

Ja mislim da ti obadvoje ima beta-glukan i pomoce oko formiranja pjene, ali isto tako mislim da pahuljice ce dati bolji "mouthfeel". Osim toga jecam je pravo tvrd i muka ga je samljeti i moze ti dovesti do zacepljenja (mada ti ces malo koristiti)... Ja sam za pahuljice, nek' me neko ispravi ako misli drugacije...

Ovaj ječam sam tovario, pretovarao, pakovao u vreće... Nije da bježim od pahuljica, nego ovaj mi je sentimentalnija varijanta... čisto toliko...

Po meni, izbaciti carapils, ja bih ubacio umjesto carapils, carmel, isto tako mislim da bi trebao ostaviti magnum za gorcinu i u vecoj kolicini, na dvadeset minuta ista količina chinok i citre a izbaciti hmeljenje na 5 minuta i pustiti da citra izdominira na 0 minuta odnosno ja bih izbacio chinook na 0 minuta i ubacio 100 gr citre.
Suho hmeljenje:
10 dana chinook 40gr i citra 120gr

vidi stane, bila je zamisao i da se chinook osjeti. citra je jak hmelj i iz toga razloga je više chinooka da bi i on malo došao do izražaja. ako bi pretjerao sa citrom, onda nema chinook šta puno da traži ovdje. po meni je zanimljivije da se oba hmelja osjete. možda i nije pravi omjer, ali ovo mi je jedino palo na pamet Big Grin

Ok mange, po meni bi bilo bolje da citra malo više izdominira a da chinook pogura ali slažem se sa tobom, neka se oba osjete Huh, vjerovatno je subjektivno ali cira mi je zakon i kolikogod da je ima nije previše za mene banana
