Posto sam iz rudarskog mi grada Majdanpeka,
ova tema, kao i sva moja piva od sad na dalje
pa ubuduce
, nosice
Miner's etiketu.
Svoje prvo kuvanje sam imao pre tacno 19 dana,
u pitanju je bio all grain amber ale, koji ce zbog boje
biti nazvan Copper Ale, apro po priche o poreklu.
Kako god, evo fotografija sa danasnjeg, prvog uzorkovanja,
nakon 19 dana u primaru. Imacu jos jedno merenje, pa
onda cold crash na 48 sati i u utorak flashiranje najverovatnije.

boja bash kakvu sam i zeleo. cilibarno bakarna...
mutnocu nisam ni zeleo da izbegnem, nisam koristio nista od koagulanata.
miris je posebna pricha - grejp + ananas! divota. verovatno je to ta kombinacija
cascade i styrian goldings-a...iako sam bio nezan u korishcjenju oba...sledeci put ce biti mnoooogooo vishe.
ukus za sada ima malo zastajanje gorchine u grlu, ali je odlichan
after taste i nema nikakvih stranih mirisa i ukusa, sto mi je najbitnije.
