taj podatak ti nigdje neće pisati na deklaraciji slada jer su ovo čisto pivarski, a ne sladarski termini, ali u detaljnoj specifikaciji (koju možeš dobiti na zahtjev od sladare) će ti biti podatak o suhoj tvari u ekstraktu (dry matter). onda se preko toga može izračunati koliki je potencijal, ali to je već zaista nepotrebna matematika za nas kućne pivare, nego se time bave velike pivare. imaš to fino objašnjeno na ovom linku http://morebeer.com/brewingtechniques/bmg/noonan.html

čitaj pod extract yield measurements i sve one skraćenice ćeš naći u opisu svakog slada u beertoolsu ili u beersmithu.
