Ukomljavanje na 65C je trebalo dati vise fermentabilnih secera.
Osim ako ti temperatura nije nekim čudom porasla iznad 68C (a sigurno nije).

Aeracija pumpom pola sata je trebalo biti dosta.
Ako kvasac nije pre star mislim da su onda nadnaravne sile bile u pitanju.

Meni se dogodila ista stvar i nije pomoglo miješanje i podizanje temperature, ali svakako probaj, nemaš što izgubiti.

Bilo kako bilo popiti će se beer-chugger
