Kvasac sam rehidrirao u prokuhanoj i ohladjenoj vodi na 23 C. Mislim da sam izvadio kesicu iz frizidera samo pola sata prije dodavanja u vodu. Rehidrirani kvasac sam dodao u sladovinu na 25 C. Onda je fermentor isao u fermentacijsku komoru. Sutra ujutro vrenjaca je radila, a temperatura je bila 19 C. Vec drugi dan aktivnost u vrenjaci je usporila, a na dnu je bilo taloga oko 2 cm. Sad sam pokusavao protresti fermentor al nema sanse da dignem kvasac. Zabetonirao za dno.
