Prime drinking period i faze razvoja piva
Na mail mi je došao post sa homebrewacademy. Iinteresantan je članak.
Riječ je o Prime drinking period - PDP (najbolje vrijeme da se pije), kada pivo daje najbolji rezultat što se tiče okusa, arome...
Radi se o IPA od Breakside brewery, koja redovno osvaja nagrade i oduševljava sudije. Interesantno je kakve sve izazove imaju proizvođači zahmeljenih piva, pogotovo oni koji distribuiraju dosta
