Ohladi sladovinu u frizideru na 17c koliko god bude trebalo (naravno sto prije to bolje), kada ohladis sladovinu onda rehidriraj kvasac (kao sto je kolega rekao, prokuhaj vodu ohladi na 23-25c, dodaj kvasac, ostavi 20-30 min, ohladi na 17c I onda dodaj kvasac u sladovinu
