Sweet Stout & IPA
Hey ekipa,
evo spremam se kuhati prvi Sweet Stout & IPU.
Evo recepta za Stout. Znaci da napomenem kuhat cu BIAB-om.
Sweet Stout (15 litara)
iako je recept za 19, ali cu skalirati kroz par dana.
INGREDIENTS
For 5 Gallons (19 L)
7.0 lb (3.18 kg) pale malt
1.0 lb (0.45 kg) roasted barley
1.0 lb (0.45 kg) lactose (15 minutes before end of boil)
0.75 lb (340 g) 60° L crystal malt
0.75 lb (340 g) Munich malt
0.75 lb (340 g) chocolate malt
0.5 lb (227 g) flaked barley
0.5 lb (227 g) flaked oats
0.3 oz (8.5 g) Magnum pellet hops, 13% a.a. (60 min)
1.0 oz (28 g) E.K. Goldings pellet hops, 5% a.a. (10 min)
California ale yeast
SPECIFICATIONS
Original Gravity: 1.068
Final Gravity: 1.016
ABV: 7%
IBU: 19
SRM: 41
DIRECTIONS
To brew the Left Hand Milk Stout clone, mash at 151°F (66°C) for 90 minutes. Boil for 90 minutes, following hop schedule. Add lactose 15 minutes before end of boil.
Ferment at 70°F (21°C), then condition in secondary at 60°F (16°C) for at least one week.
Ako tko ima iskustva sa stautima pls neka javi kako i na sto da pripazim. Prvi put kuham ovaj stil pa bilo kakav savjet dobro dosao je. Mislim da cu kuhati da dobijem 10l u fermentoru da ne zeznem previse. Pa tako da cu isto morati skalirati ovaj recept i malo ga prilagoditi pa ako netko moze pomoci please!

po meni imas previse sladova i pahuljica. Ne znam imas li potrebe za svih sedam. Ja bih to smanjio na maksimalno četiri.
Također, mislim da nemaš potrebe ni za ukomljavanjem ni za boil.om na 90 min. Ja bih tu 60 min ostavio.

Također, mislim da nemaš potrebe ni za ukomljavanjem ni za boil.om na 90 min. Ja bih tu 60 min ostavio. Iskreno recept sam nasao negdje na netu i nabavio stvari. Dobio je nekakve nagrade po takmicenjima pa hajde rek'o probat cemo. Najvise bih volio postignuti da mi piva da ono pun okus. American & Belgian Ale sam probao, ali to jos nije to. Zato cu probati sad IPU i Stout. Nastojim nesto napraviti sto sirokim masama je ok a ne samo crafterima. Cinjenica je da crafteri vole dosta zahmeljeno i to je onako sok za ekipu koja je navikla na lagere. Trazim nesto izmedu. E sad ako cu dobiti to sa 4 slada vrlo rado i to probam. I da, kod ove prve dvije sam imao problem da pjene nemam pa ne znam sta da radim.

Slazem se. Dajte sve sto civili vole. Jucer su mi par njih probali pive i prvo sto kazu cudna im piva. Naravno, nitko od njih prije craftove pio. I svaki drugi dan skoro pa popiju jedan lager.
